Markus Guentner – Not In Time, Just In Space

MG 03-three

One of our favourite ambient curators has kindly put together this exclusive mix for us at ASIP, featuring a whole host of Places Series releases. Alongside the likes of Ex Confusion, Yeter, Nobuto Suda, Benjamin Dauer and Sonae, are forthcoming contributors Heathered Pearls and Leandro Fresco, not to mention Markus himself.

Only Markus can bring a sense of serenity, looping vividness and textures that blow your mind. And although you may recognise many of the artists featured, hearing them together with common grounding stemming from expert curation ensures a completely different and engrossing experience.

Remember, every-one of the Places Series releases are available for free download on Soundcloud and Bandcamp (high-quality)

Download.

  4. This is a GREAT mix, so deep, immersive, uplifting and slightly melancholy, one of the best I’ve heard in 2013.

MG can make a cold and wet day seem beautiful and sunny. Credit to the quality of music generated by The Places series.
