Headphone Commute – Back To Mine

The brilliant Headphone Commute podcast has hit the mighty podcast milestone of 100 and to celebrate this centenary release, HC has compiled a pretty special ‘Back To Mine’ themed mix. Revisiting some of the inspirations that hit during the impactful time of the 90’s, it’s a fitting tribute to anyone who grew up listening to early dance music that defined the rest. We’re talking The Orb, The Prodigy, KLF, Orbital, Aphex Twin, Autechre, Future Sound of London, Global Communication and Plastikman. So if you want a visit down memory lane, look no further.

I doubt many of you are new to HC but if you are, then there’s another 99 mixes waiting to be heard from the likes of bvdub, Nils Frahm, Hecq, :papercutz and Marsen Jules to name a few.

Congrats to Headphone Commute on their 100th podcast too – a massive achievement and one I hope to hit one day.
