Sako

1x1.trans Sako
A thoughtful and personal two hour journey, Sako’s mix features dark yet beautiful ambient sounds owing to the title ‘Lament For Plastic Reflections’. Six months in the making, the tracks have been carefully selected to reflect Sako’s inspiration for the mix; a study of the Industrial Revolution two-hundred years ago.

As you can imagine from an ambient mix with such thought and inspiration, it’s one to take time out to, get your headphones on and listen loud.

Notes from Sako on several tracks from the mix:
- In the grisly and morbid sounds of “Blackfilm” i found the sad truth of our present reality.
- The epic sounds of “Goodbye for Certainty” stir the feelings of a one way journey with no going back.
- Klimt express the inexpressible with his marvelous “Dom Bez Scian”.
- If was to rename Hecq’s brilliant piece “0015″ i would name it the last and the lost hope.
- Asura conjures a higher truth in his track “Longing For Silence”.
- The Warm sounds of “Saturn Strobe” and the deep euphoric sounds of Ricardo Tobar and Glitterbug push the journey onwards and promise hope.
- The grand finale is brought by the masterpiece “Hang On To A Dream” by Kattoo which i think is a journey in its own respect.
- “The Rocket Builder” leaves us to wonder in awe about the infinite potential of mankind.
